Chief Compliance Officer

Andres Miranda is Conscientia’s Chief Compliance Officer and oversees all regulatory and compliance strategies of the firm. Andres brings with him more than 10 years of financial regulatory compliance experience from domestic and international institutions, having most recently held compliance management roles at Banesco USA and Brickell Bank/Brickell Global Markets.

Throughout his career, Andres has been involved in federal, state regulatory examinations and audits, in addition to law enforcement inquiries, investigations and institutional testing, analytics, monitoring, risk review, and regulatory remediation. Andres holds a degree of Accounting from Miami Dade College and the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) designation, in addition to currently serving as a board member of the ACAMS South Florida Chapter
