Martin began at Merrill Lynch as a business analyst in 1996. In 2000, he joined American Express Bank as an investment analyst and fund manager. In 2003 he was promoted to Discretionary Portfolio Director, where he created an open architecture strategy, recognized as a best in class program for private clients.

In 2009, he transitioned to Regional Head of Distribution for Latin America at Standard Chartered Bank. He moved to Brickell Bank In 2012 to develop the family office offering, while also overseeing investments and management of discretionary portfolios.
In 2020 joined the Conscientia Family Office team as the CIO and Investment Advisor.
